Your receipt of an order confirmation or Mayri Owl charging your credit card does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped.

The delivery dates provided by Mayri Owl are estimates. We reserve the right to make installment deliveries. Mayri Owl will send you an email when your order has been shipped so that you can review the shipping information on your account page.

Return policy

Mayri Owl will only accept returns for products identified as eligible for return or received damaged. Once Mayri Owl confirms that her product was returned in accordance with this policy, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer.

We do not accept any exchange of products. 

Rights and reservations

Mayri Owl shall have the right to terminate your use of the website at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of this User Agreement or your breach of any law including violations of our intellectual property rights or violations of other applicable laws and regulations. 

Mayri Owl has the right, but not the obligation, to remove content from the website; as well as suspend a customer account that you consider to be in violation of this Agreement. We will not tolerate any verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) from any customer, employee or member of Mayri Owl

Mayri Owl may request proof of identification documentation at any time to determine account ownership and use. Mayri Owl may suspend use for such period until proper ownership of such account can be determined.

You agree that any dispute or claim related in any way to your purchase on www.mayriowl.com, will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court.

In addition, each of us agrees that any proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a representative class action or as a member of a consolidated or representative class action. If a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, each of us waives any right to a jury trial.
